420: C:0.16~0.25, Mn:≤1.00, Si:≤1.00, Cr:12.0~14.0, Ni:≤0.75, P:≤0.04, S:≤0.03.
430: C:≤0.12%, Si:≤0.75%, Mn:≤1.00%, P:≤0.040%, S:≤0.030%, Ni:≤0.60%, Cr:16.00~18.00%
Characteristics:
Stainless steel plate has a smooth surface, high plasticity, toughness and mechanical strength, and is resistant to corrosion by acid, alkaline gases, solutions and other media. It is an alloy steel that is not prone to rust, but not absolutely rust-free.
It should be able to withstand the corrosion of oxalic acid, sulfuric acid-ferric sulfate, nitric acid, nitric acid-hydrofluoric acid, sulfuric acid-copper sulfate, phosphoric acid, formic acid, acetic acid, and other kinds of acids.
