Surface Description:
NO.1 - Silver-white, non-glossy. Hot rolled to specified thickness.
2D - Silver-white. Heat treated and pickled after cold rolling.
2B - Stronger luster than 2D. 2D is treated with a final light cold roll after polishing rolls.
BA - Bright as a mirror. Usually a bright annealed finish with a highly reflective surface.
NO.3 - Rough grinding. Grinding with 100~200# abrasive belt.
NO.4--Intermediate grinding. A polished surface obtained by grinding with 150~180# abrasive belts.
NO.240--Fine grinding. Grinding with 240# abrasive belts.
NO.320 - Extremely fine grinding. Grinding with 320# abrasive belts.
NO.400 - Gloss close to BA. 400# polishing wheel is used.

Differences between 304 hot rolled plate and cold rolled plate:
1, plate size
304 cold rolled plate thickness 0.3-3.0mm, plate commonly used size 1000 * 2000mm, 1219 * 2438mm, 1500 * 3000mm, length can be customized.
304 hot rolled plate thickness 3.0-250mm, plate size 1500*6000mm, 1800*6000mm, 2000*6000mm, special size can be customized.
2、Appearance color
304 cold rolled plate surface is silver-white, relatively smooth and delicate to the touch.
The surface of 304 hot rolled plate is dark color, relatively rough, feel the strong sense of grain.
3, production process
304 hot rolled plate is produced in accordance with the inherent process, its surface is relatively rough, the pore spacing is larger, so the ductility is very good, suitable for bending, bending and other secondary processing.
